High Season: Double occupancy $175-$395
Off Season: Double occupancy $125-$295
Additional Person: $50

A two night minimum stay, July–Labor Day, all weekends, and Fall Foliage.

Three night minimum stay all holiday weekends.

All rates include a buffet breakfast and 1 hour of free tennis daily.

Reservations Required, Advance Deposits

1 - 3 nights 1 night, deposit required

4 or more nights 2 nights, deposit required

All deposits must be received within 10 DAYS after the reservation is made. If your deposit is not received within 10 days, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit refund will be made if cancellation is received at least 15 days (30 days for Christmas Prelude), prior to your reservation date. Should a last minute cancellation become necessary and we can re-rent the room to another guest over the entire reservation period, the same refund policy applies. (Sorry, no refunds for room not re-rented.)

Late Arrival–Prior arrangements must be made for any late arrivals.

Additional Person–$50.00 charge applied for a third person in a room.
