The Cape Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom house located on the grounds of the Old Fort Inn in the prestigious Cape Arundel Area. Expansive open living space includes family room and den with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Chef’s kitchen is open and airy with large dining space. Terrific screen porch overlooks manicured lawns. Adjacent to the grand Old Fort Inn, this property enjoys full access to the Old Fort Inn’s outdoor pool and gracious amenities including the club lounge, bicycles, outdoor games, video library and wireless. Every other day housekeeping service and all inn amenities are included in the rental charges. Thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed the Cape Cottage is perfect for families, wedding parties or couples traveling together. With two levels of living space accommodating up to 6 people, the Cape Cottage offers a comfortable, accommodating ambiance and has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.
The Cape Cottage has three bedrooms; a King, a queen and a smaller room with two twin beds. The porch has wonderful grill space and a small backyard has comfortable outdoor seating.

Reservation Policies
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay is required on all multi night reservations or the full amount on one night stays. Deposits must be received within seven business days. Credit card numbers are accepted for advance deposits; however, please note that your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. All deposits are applied to the last night of a reservation.
- Third person rates are $25 per night. If you wish to have more than 2 people staying with a package, the per person package rate will apply to any additional person.
- Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is prior to 11 a.m.
- Our inn is smoke free.
- We are unable to accept pets. For your convenience, there is a kennel nearby.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 processing fee for all cancellations outside of the 14 days period. Reservations that are cancelled less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit the advance deposit. Inclement weather or a change in travel plans is not sufficient for early departure.
